Amir Khan called out Floyd Mayweather Jr. again, and the Briton is convinced that he has all the tools to hand the reigning pound-for-pound king the first defeat of his boxing career.

In an interview following Mayweather's victory against Marcos Maidana on Saturday night, Khan reiterated that he has the perfect style to defeat Mayweather, who improved his record to 47-0 with 26 knockouts.

"I really believe that I can beat Floyd Mayweather with this style. Styles make fights," said Khan, who was at ringside during the Mayweather-Maidana rematch. "I think the speed, the movement, the power that we've developed, and being young. I know it's different when you're watching a fight from outside, but I saw a lot of flaws."

Khan added that Mayweather clearly won the fight against Maidana, but he pointed out that the 37-year-old champion is "aging big time" based from what he saw on Saturday night.

"He is aging big time," Khan said of Mayweather. "I never thought he lost the fight. I thought he won, but Maidana was catching him with shots and Maidana is nowhere near as quick as me and he had a lot of success. Imagine someone who is young like me and explosive."

Khan was considered as the most likely opponent of Mayweather earlier this year before the Grand Rapids, Michigan native decided to face Maidana, who came into the picture after winning against Adrien Broner in December.

The 37-year-old said that he feels Mayweather's camp is avoiding him because they know that they will have a hard time winning against him.

"I think Floyd's team, and Floyd, know that they are going to have a lot of problems with someone like me," Khan said. "The guys they fought before, and no disrespect, but they are not Amir Khan. The opponents are good, they are explosive and they are strong, but they are not as quick or explosive as me."

Khan, who scored a unanimous decision win against Luis Collazo in May, will fight again in December and he is hoping that a win will finally land him the super fight against Mayweather in May next year.
