Iggy Azalea may have blasted her former boyfriend, but he says that she previously signed off on the sex tape.

Azalea's ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine, was also her manager, and in 2009, she signed off on letting him market and sell the sex tape, notes TMZ. Or more specifically, the contract said that he was entitled to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

Wine believes he has found a loophole to make selling the sex tape perfectly legal. He would just add music to the tape, so that it follows the contract.

September has been quite the month for the "Fancy" singer.

She celebrated her one-year anniversary with boyfriend Nick Young.

The two went to Target to celebrate their special day. As it turns out, Target was the scene of their first date.

Azalea posted a picture of herself with Young in front of the store on Instagram.

"It's our anniversary #SeriousTho #LoveYouBoo," she said.

But it's obviously not been all happy moments for Azalea. On top of the sex tape, a Bay area rapper, Lil Debbie, has also called out Azalea's music.

"My writers are harder," she said. "Sorry. Sorry 'bout it girl. My bad. You cute, though. You still cute. But that s--t...whoever wrote that for you, fire them."

Lil Debbie continued to say that no one takes Iggy Azalea seriously. For example, when her song "Fancy" is used in commercials, Azalea's part isn't always the main focus. Lil Debbie also said that Azalea's voice is obnoxious.

"I'm waiting for Iggy Azalea to put out one song all by herself that's a hit,"she said. "All the way through. With no features. With no singers. With nothing. I'm waiting for Iggy. I wanna hear it. You know what I'm saying?"
