WWE Raw Results, Spoilers for September 22, 2014: Dean Ambrose Aids John Cena Against The Authority
WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off with Dean Ambrose staging a sit-in, looking to get his hands on Seth Rollins before John Cena showed up, fuming that The Authority interfered in his Night of Champions main event match against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
The members of The Authority showed up telling them both to calm down, with Triple H announcing both superstars would be competing in matches against members of their crew. Cena and Ambrose decided to take matters into their own hands, chasing Rollins all over the arena before he carjacked someone's vehicle to make his escape.
Intercontinental Championship match: The Miz (champion) vs Dolph Ziggler
After losing the title at Night of Champions, Ziggler managed to turn the tables on The Miz, first hitting Damien Miz-dow with a Super Kick as he tried to interfere, then reversing The Miz's roll-up and using The Miz's own shady tactics against him to regain the championship.
Winner AND new Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler

Kane vs Dean Ambrose
Kane attempted to take care of Ambrose for The Authority and had Ambrose set up for a Choke-Slam before Ambrose reversed it into his Dirty Deeds finisher. After the bout, Rollins and Kane tried to take out Ambrose, but "The Lunatic Fringe" managed to fend them off with the help of a steel chair.

Six-Man Tag Team match: United States Sheamus & The Usos vs Cesaro & WWE Tag Team Champions Stardust & Goldust
The Usos took out Cesaro and Stardust with a Suicide Dive late in the bout before one of the Usos took flight, attempting to hit Goldust with Superfly Splash. Like last night at Night of Champions, Goldust put his knees up and tried to end the match with his Curtain Call finisher before Sheamus made the save. Sheamus took out Stardust with a Brogue Kick as Jimmy Uso Super Kicked Goldust, making the blind-tag to his brother Jey, who successfully hit the Superfly Splash for the win.

Adam Rose & The Bunny vs Titus O'Neil & Heath Slater

WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee vs Nikki Bella (non-title)
Bella attempted to make the newly-crowned champion tap out with an Arm Bar halfway through the match, but the champion reversed the hold into a pin attempt. AJ was pushed around by Bella, but managed to use her guile to trap Bella in her Black Widow finisher to get the submission for the victory.

John Cena vs Randy Orton
After being told by Seth Rollins earlier in the night that he had a surprise in store for Cena, Orton entered the ring brimming with confidence. With Kane and Rollins patrolling ringside, Cena seemed to have the match in hand before The Authority interfered, ending the match in a disqualification. Cena tried to fight off the numbers but ended up eating a Kane Choke-Slam instead. The Authority rolled Cena out the ring, attempting to set him up for a Curb Stomp onto cinder blocks, but ended up surprised to find Dean Ambrose ambushing The Authority, hiding where the cinder blocks were suppose to be. The show end with Ambrose saving Cena and clearing out the ring as he tried to get his hands on Rollins.
Winner: John Cena via disqualification
