iOS 7 Release Date 2013 Rumors and Features: New Operating System Available Tomorrow
Will you be among the millions of people who will be updating their iPhones and iPads when the iOS7 becomes available tomorrow?
Regardless of whether you do or not, it is probably inevitable that you will hop on the iOS7 bandwagon sooner or later if you remain loyal to Apple products. According to Forbes, 61 percent of iPhones and iPads run the new system within a month of its release.
Of course, there are never any new products without some kinds of issues. Some people have warned that there are app-crashing issues with the new operating system, but that seems to be the norm for the first time around. Apple tends to spend the first couple weeks fixing bugs and glitches and the company ends up launching an update within a month and a half or so. Case in point: last year's iOS6 was followed up by iOS 6.0.1 within six weeks of the initial release.
Another issue to consider is how quickly the apps will adjust to fit the new operating system. Forbes notes that many apps still fit well in the older operating systems and have not necessarily made the adjustment to the latest update. It may take some time, but eventually the apps will likely synch well with iOS7.
Regardless, there is apparently plenty to look forward to with the new operating system. The iOS7 will update your apps automatically instead of having to manually go through and update each app, one by one. Depending on who you are and how the app's next version is, this could work for or against you.
Apple teased us by showing off the new operating system earlier this summer. Now we will finally have a chance to see what its all about.
