McCartney's performance will be available on Sept. 24. Timberlake's show will be available on Sept. 30, the same day of the release of his new album The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2.
Runner, Runner is a thriller about gambling directed by Brad Furman, director of 2011's The Lincoln Lawyer.
Timberlake plays Richie, a young man with big dreams who gets involved with online poker superstar Ivan Block, played by Affleck. Richie encounters Ivan after learning that Ivan cheated during a poker game the two played. When he confronts him, however, Richie finds himself attracted to Ivan's lifestyle which is filled with women, parties, money and alcohol.
"If your boss says you got to go out there and take a beating, take it and then say, 'Do you need me to take it again?'" Ivan says in the trailer.
"This whole thing's a trap?" Richie says in the trailer, questioning which route will hurt him the least.
The trailer for Runner, Runner is dark and grungy, creating a vibe similar to that of The Lincoln Lawyer.
Other stars set to appear in the film include Anthony Mackie, Gemma Arterton, Ben Schwartz and David Costabile.
Runner, Runner premieres in theaters Oct. 4.
