'Modern Family' Cast News: Ex-Boyfriend Reportedly Sent Sarah Hyland Video of Him Having Sex With 2 Girls, Star in Fear for Life
Last month, news broke out that Sarah Hyland filed a restraining order against Matt Prokop -- her boyfriend of 5 years -- for verbally and physically abusing her.
Now, a new report from Star claims that Prokop also cheated on "The Modern Family" star and sent Hyland the video footage of himself sleeping with the two girls he stepped out on her with.
The Star source claims that Prokop cheated on Hyland with two actresses while she was in the hospital.
"He cheated on her with two actress friends when she was in the hospital," the insider revealed. "He recorded it, then left it for her to watch on her computer."
Despite their tumultuous relationship and Prokop's alleged cheating, Hyland opted to stay in the relationship because, according to the Star source, Prokop would "go crazy" or he "would change and she would feel sorry for him."
However, Prokop and Hyland's relationship came to an immediate halt after Hyland was granted her restraining order against Prokop back in September.
TMZ obtained the court documents that accuse Prokop of choking Hyland, threatening to burn her home, and threatening to take away her dog.
"He relentlessly bombarded me with vile, threatening and emotionally disturbing texts and voice mails including his own suicide threats," Hyland said, according to the documents.
"I was scared and in fear for my life."
Hyland's restraining order also states that her "Modern Family" co-star, Julie Bowen, helped her break up with Prokop and leave the house they shared together because "she wasn't safe around Prokop."
Since the breakup, Prokop allegedly went to rehab for his emotional issues and was recently released, a Star source claimed.
The source also said that Hyland is in fear for her life once again because she believes that Prokop will attempt to contact her now that he is out of rehab.
