Miley Cyrus Instagram & News: 'Wrecking Ball' Singer Embroiled in Lawsuit Over Dog Attack?
Miley Cyrus is now involved in a lawsuit over her sister Brandi Cyrus' dog "Feather."
According to Los Angeles local model Yolande Ngom, Brandi's dog reportedly viciously attacked her in the apartment building she shares with Brandi and Miley.
Since Miley's company Smiley Miley, Inc. owns the apartment, Miles would be the one responsible for paying the consequences of Feather's actions.
Feather is 27-year-old Brandi's female German Shepherd who is often describes as Brandi's best friend. Through numerous amounts of social media photos, it has been proven that the Cyrus' girls love their dogs.
Neither Miley nor Brandi have responded to the lawsuit so far.
According to Yolande, the staff looking over Feather in the building that day couldn't keep the dog under control. This led to the dog biting Ngom and allegedly ruining her modeling career.
The model says that the unprovoked bite was so severe that it ripped open her right thigh, leaving scars that are unable to be covered during her photo-shoots.
Ngom is suing Brandi and Miley's company for medical bills, lost wages and more. What the "more" specifically represents is unknown.
This isn't the first time the "Wrecking Ball" star has been indirectly sued.
A man by the name of Charles Nicholas Sarris also involved Cyrus in a lawsuit claiming that he was hurt by Miley's giant tongue slide used at her concerts. According to TMZ, "after the equipment and tools provided to him failed, causing him to fall and hurt himself bad," the tongue was ultimately to blame.
The "We Can't Stop" singer is also the talk of the media after her homeless 2014 MTV VMAs guest Jesse Helt has been sentenced to six months in jail for violating his probation. It is unclear whether Miley knew his record before making him her date to the award show.
Do you think this lawsuit will mend Yolande's career loss?
