Chris Brown now finds himself under fire for tweeting his "population control" conspiracy theory regarding the current Ebola epidemic.

Last week, Brian Curtis, a reporter for NBC5 in Dallas-Fort Worth, reported that the "Loyal" hitmaker's mother Joyce Hawkins had reached out to the family of Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person to die of Ebola in the U.S., on behalf of the Brown family to offer help.

However, Hawkins' good intention unfortunately became overshadowed by her son's one thoughtless statement, amid news that a second person in the nation had tested positive for the deadly virus after coming into contact with the aforementioned victim.

Breezy took to his Twitter account on Monday morning to share his opinion on the ongoing outbreak that has killed thousands in West Africa:

Following criticisms and outrage from fans, the "New Flame" singer responded with another tweet:

After seeing some of the responses that her ex-boyfriend received on social media, Rihanna apparently thought that Chris Brown's comment was ignorant.

"RiRi was laughing so hard that we were laughing at her, she basically thinks that he is an idiot," a source told Urban Islandz. "Of course Rihanna takes the Ebola epidemic very serious and is looking for ways she can help.

So far, the Ebola outbreak has killed more than 4,000 people, according to the World Health Organization.
