First off, America's Got Talent is not the first television exposure for Kenichi Ebina. His dance crew even won first place in the Showtime at the Apollo amateur night way back in 2001. He also came back in 2007 to win as a solo dancer. He even broke records by being the only individual who won twice for the competition.
Second, he is not only a good dancer but also a great public speaker. He is so good in explaining too the techniques behind the success of his every dance routine. He showed this during his shot at a TED Talk in 2007. His talk was entitled "My Magic Moves."
Third, Kenichi has been invited in various celebrity parties letting him gain a lot of popular names as fans like Madonna. You should not be surprised then if Madonna will invite him in one of her future performances as well.
