The 2014-15 NBA season is set to start on Tuesday, which means that the new Fantasy Basketball year is about to begin as well. Here is a quick look on the top three small forwards and sleepers for this year's Fantasy Basketball season based on NBA.com's Big Board.

1. LeBron James

LeBron James changed team after deciding to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers after spending four seasons with the Miami Heat, but his productions are expected to remain unchanged.

James, who will be entering his 12th season in the league, averaged 27.1 points to go along with 6.9 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game last season.

The four-time Most Valuable Player is also expected to contribute steals and occasional blocks, while also helping fantasy owners with his superb field goal percentage after shooting a career-high 56.7 percent from the field last season.

With a new supporting cast led by Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, there are doubts if he can duplicate his feat last season, but it should be noted that the 29-year-old superstar is used to playing with big-name players.

2. Carmelo Anthony

Carmelo Anthony is listed as the second-best small forward on the draft board this year. The 30-year-old averaged 27.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.2 steals per game. He also helped fantasy owners with his 2.2 3-pointers per game, but he shot just 45.2 percent from the field.

However, it remains to be seen how his point production will be affected by the fact that the New York Knicks will run the "Triangle Offense" in the upcoming season. Anthony's scoring might go down, but his field goal percentage and assists could improve this season.

3. Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant would have been on top of this list, but he fell in most draft boards after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured bone in his right foot.

Durant posted superb numbers last season as he averaged 32.0 points to go along with 7.4 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.3 steals, while also shooting 50.3 percent from the field with 2.4 3-pointers per game.

If you are patient enough to wait for Durant, who is expected to miss at least six weeks from the start of the new season, the Oklahoma City Thunder superstar is worthy of your No. 1-5 pick.

Sleepers - Small Forwards

Chandler Parsons could produce big numbers this season with his new team, the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavericks' offense still revolves around Dirk Nowitzki, but the 25-year-old forward, who averaged 16.6 points to go along with 5.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game last season, might get more touches this year than last season.

Rookie Jabari Parker could also post big numbers this season based on how Milwaukee Bucks coach Jason Kidd used the former Duke standout in their preseason games where he averaged 16.2 points and 6.6 rebounds over the last five games.

Fantasy owners should also keep an eye on Thaddeus Young, who averaged 17.9 points on 45.4 percent shooting from the field to go along with 6.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists last season. He will play a big role this year after getting traded to the young Minnesota Timberwolves squad.
