CBS 'Two and a Half Men' Season 12 Spoilers: Michael Bolton, A Gay Wedding and Dramatic Halloween Episode in Store [Watch]

"Two and a Half Men" will explore uncharted territory when the 12th and final season of the long-running comedy series kicks off this week.
Over the summer, CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler revealed that Walden will suffer from a health scare that causes him to re-evaluate his life and consider adopting a child. However, in order to do so, he will propose to his roommate, Alan, since it's easier for married couples to adopt.
"He wants to adopt a child, and it is particularly challenging to do so as a single male. So he decides that he and Alan should get married, and they will adopt a child as a gay couple," explained Tassler during the Television Critics Association summer press tour in July, according to ABC News.
In the buildup to the two-part same-sex wedding, Entertainment Tonight recently revealed that legendary singer Michael Bolton will perform a tweaked version of the classic love song "When a Man Loves a Woman" at their wedding.
"We've had a wedding almost every season, yet I've managed to remain single," said actor Jon Cryer about his character to ET. "This might be the one that sticks."
Part one of the highly anticipated wedding episode will air Thursday, Nov. 6.
On Thursday's season premiere, Cryer will reprise his famous role as Duckie from the iconic 1980s flick "Pretty in Pink."
During the Halloween special, Cryer's character Alan will dress up as Duckie, while Walden wears an Elvis Presley zombie costume to celebrate Halloween, reports Carter Matt.
A video promo from the episode, which is titled "The Ol' Mexican Spinach," also reveals that the roommates will attend a Halloween bash with two hot women, according to Yahoo! News.
However, things take a turn for the worst when Alan appears to collapse. In one clip, Walden is seen laying on the floor while Alan lets out a dramatic "why."
Season 12 of "Two and a Half Men" premieres on CBS on Thursday, Oct. 30.
