If you're a die-hard "Star Trek" fans, you may not be fully satisfied until the "communicator" hits the market. In the meantime, though, you'll just have to make do with your new iPhone 6.

  • "Fine," you say, "I love 'Star Trek,' but give me something just a tad less geeky." This tongue-in-cheek Long Live and Prosper case might do it, then. It's available for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and it will set you back $35 for the slim and $38 for the tough version.

  • Be prepared for a lecture from fellow Trekkies if you go with the Number One Fan case featuring a Y-fighter or a stormtrooper ($25 snap, $30 tough). You should know that those belong to a different franchise.
