North West Trust Fund: Kim and Kanye Reportedly Giving Baby Nori $10M At Age 21
North West's 21st birthday will be more than just her reaching a milestone.
According to reports, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter will receive $10 million on her 21st birthday.
Both Kardashian and West have put in $5 million, and it's because West doesn't want his daughter to have to work.
"His decisions these days are for Nori and her future," a source said. "He's trying to set Nori up where she won't have to work a day in her life. He wants her to create, innovate, and leave her mark on this world. And he's preparing for her future as we speak."
It doesn't mean that Nori will only have $10 million. That's just the beginning.
Her parents will be setting up more money for her in the future.
This would go against what Kardashian said earlier this month. The reality star explained that she wanted her daughter to work for the things she wanted, according to the Huffington Post.
"I saved up for this Dolce & Gabbana dress I really wanted, or like in high school these Prada shoes that my parents wouldn't buy me," she said. "And I remember they were $400, and I had to save for the entire year to get them ... We didn't get anything [from my parents], we had to get a job if we wanted it. So I was working in a clothing store and I would save and save."
Kardashian explained that she was talking to her friends and she wondered what her daughter's first job would be. Her friends were surprised that she wanted Nori to work.
Perhaps North will be an artist.
The tot painted a Hermes bag for her mother's birthday.
Kardashian thought it was an artist who had done custom work for her, but it turned out to be her daughter. West got everything recorded for Kardashian.
"I pressed play and my daughter was sitting outside painting the purse," she said. "I thought it was an artist that painted the purse, some custom thing. I thought it was some new artist, and it was my daughter. It was amazing and I have it all on video."
