One Direction New Music and News 2014: Upcoming Album 'Four' Leaked Online by Brazil Fan, Will Band Take a Break? [Video]
One Direction's highly anticipated fourth studio album "Four" was leaked online on Thursday, ahead of its official release.
According to Cambio, a retail store in Brazil was selling the British boyband's latest LP in advance of its Nov. 17 release date, and a fan bought the early copy and uploaded it in low quality on social media. Ever since then, hashtag #FOURLeaked began trending.
The unexpected leak came just a few hours after 1D released the second single, folk-pop track "Ready to Run" off the upcoming record.
In a video message, the "Steal My Girl" singers previously promised to drop a new song for fans if they achieve several social media goals: 40,000 Twitter retweets, 40,000 Facebook shares, 4,000 Instagram comments and 4,000 Tumblr reflags.

Once followers smashed the goals, Harry Styles tweeted:
Meanwhile, One Direction recently set the record straight on ongoing breakup rumors, revealing that they might just go on a break before their next project instead.
"We haven't really got any sort of break in mind at the minute," Zayn Malik told Stu Tolan from U.K. radio show In:Demand. "We just want to get this ['Four'] out and see what [fans] think of this."
In fact, the "Midnight Memories" hitmakers are already looking ahead to their fifth studio album.
"We potentially might take a little bit more time on this [next] record, so that's why they may think we are going on a break," Louis Tomlinson said. "We just want to take a little bit more time."
"Because writing is a little bit like a break sometimes when you sit and write songs," Liam Payne added.
