One of the voice actors in the cast of Disney's mega-hit animated feature "Frozen" is suing after being paid little for her work, according to TMZ. The young actress who voiced the Snow Queen, Elsa, as a teenager, Spencer Lacey Ganus, was reportedly left out in the cold after she claimed to have only received $926.20 from the media conglomerate.

"Frozen" is the highest-grossing animated film of all time, and the 15-year-old actress felt her compensation was not appropriate, given the film went on to gross more than $1.2 billion at the box office. According to her court-filed contract, she was given a one-day guaranteed payment for her acting in the family movie.

Ganus has also been featured in voice roles in 20th Century Fox's "Ice Age" and Warner Bros. "Happy Feet," coincidentally also involving chilly settings.

In March, the film overtook "Toy Story 3" for the title of highest-grossing animated film of all time and remains in the 10th spot in overall cinema history.

However, Ganus had very few lines in the film; scenes where Elsa is a little girl were voiced by Eva Bella and Idina Menzel, who also sang many of the musical numbers including the Oscar-winning "Let It Go," received praise for her portrayal of the snow queen once she took the throne. Despite this, Ganus argues that her alleged pay is vastly different than that of what the film made in profits.

Once calculated, if Ganus' claim is true, she was paid by the entertainment giant .0000077 percent of the film's total earnings. Disney's budget for the film was reportedly $150 million, well beneath what was accumulated at the box office.

The story in the film was based off of a Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale "The Snow Queen."

Disney has now begun constructing a Frozen-themed attraction at The Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, replacing the Maelstrom at Epcot's Norway Pavilion.
