In last week's episodes of "La Malquerida," it seemed as though Esteban was ready to move on from his relationship with Cristina, which is a stark difference from what comes next. (Catch up on episodes 65-70 here.)

Here's what to expect in episodes 71-75 of "La Malquerida."

Episode 71:

With tears in her eyes, Acacia tells her mother, Cristina, that if she stands in the way of her relationship with Ulises, then Acacia will have no choice but to leave home.

Juan Carlos tells El Rubio that Ulises had his hands on a letter that he needed.

Cristina tells Esteban that Acacia is willing to do what it takes to be with Ulises. She explains that Acacia has threatened to leave the home.

Episode 72:

Juliana pleads with Andres to not hold any resentment toward her or her son. She wants them to get along well.

Acacia tells Cristina that if Ulises is found guilty, he will never get close to her again.

Esteban tells Hector that he is not going to succeed in winning over Cristina. Esteban is certain that Cristina only loves him.

Episode 73:

Ulises, who finds himself jailed because of fraud, tells Cristina that he loves Acacia. Cristina says that if Ulises really loves Acacia, he would leave and stop making Acacia's life more complicated.

Acacia tells Esteban that the only thing he needs to understand is that he is married to her mom. Acacia says that marriage is forever, and that he needs to be worried about Cristina, who is pregnant.

Norberto is blinded by jealousy and hits Juliana. He then threatens Andres with a gun and tells him that he will end Andres' life if he comes near Juliana once again.

Episode 74:

Cristina tells Esteban that they can go to a notary, so that she can officially be in charge of her farm.

Acacia arrives to Ulises's court hearing. She ends up testifying against him, which completely takes him by surprise.

Episode 75:

Esteban tells Cristina that he will never stop loving her. Esteban calls her the love of his life, but Cristina wants to know if there's really no one else he has eyes for.

Acacia wants to know if Esteban has returned with Cristina because he loves her or out of obligation.
