Blake Lively at L'Oreal Paris Soiree: Star Shows Off Baby Bump in Tight Gown
On Tuesday night Blake Lively and her precious baby bump looked stunning in a provocative black evening gown at L'Oréal Paris' Ninth Annual Women of Worth Awards in New York, reports People magazine.
According to People, Lively, 27, purchased the backless and floor-length Kaufman Franco gown herself. The form-fitting fabric fit her body like a glove, and the mom-to-be wore it well.
While many women might shy away from such sexy attire while pregnant, Lively proudly showed off her growing physique on the red carpet and darker roots-the actress is letting her natural hair color grow out.
Speaking at the awards event to E! Lively admitted that she feels most confident when she gets dolled-up by professionals.
"When do I feel my strongest and sexiest? I don't know. Maybe when I've got a lot of good hair and makeup on," she told E!
The "Savages" star has no plans to stop acting once she gives birth. She said during her speech at the Women of Worth Awards, "The women that I'm attracted to are the women who never sit back and say, 'Okay, I'm done, I'm good.' And you see that here tonight with the women who are being honored."
Blakely added that when you look at the changes these women have made in the world, they are not complacent and it is "pretty cool to hear their stories."
Thursday morning, Lively was spotted with husband Ryan Reynolds, 38, making a quick exit out of their New York hotel, reports Daily Mail. Lively was looking more casual than the night before, wearing dark jeans, a charcoal sweater and black high-heel boots.
The blonde beauty comes across as relaxed about having her first child with Reynolds and motherhood. She said that she will reference lessons learned from her family members, namely her actress mother Elaine and sisters Lori and Robyn.
"If I could pass along anything that my mother or my sisters taught me I feel like my kids would be very well off," the former "Gossip Girl" star said on the Women of Worth Awards red carpet. "But also I'm fortunate enough to be amongst women like this..."
Lively recently launched her new lifestyle website Preserve, which consists of an online magazine, video blog and shopping. Martha Stewart reportedly said Lively's new venture is stupid.
