Following his split from Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber has been spending quite a lot of time with Hailey Baldwin lately. What does his on-again, off-again girlfriend Gomez think about this new relationship?

According to HollywoodLife.com, the Canadian pop star is now on the rebound with Stephen Baldwin's daughter, instead of trying to get his ex back.

"Justin has a new muse and it's Hailey," a source revealed.

What does Bieber like about Baldwin?

"She's different from the other girls Justin has been with," the source said. "She's really fun, feisty, and could care less about Justin's fame and fortune."

Last month, the "Baby" hitmaker reportedly celebrated the model's birthday with her.

"Hailey's birthday was on Nov. 22, so when she got to New York, Justin made sure to spoil her and treat her like a princess," the source continued. "He totally took care of her and took her shopping. He's definitely on the rebound from Selena."

While Bieber is "trying to seal the deal with Hailey," Baldwin is being "cautious," because she "doesn't want to just be another girl on Justin's list."

"Right now, she's treating this relationship as a friendship," the source added.

Similarly, the blonde beauty recently addressed the dating rumors with the "Bad Day" singer at the "Exodus: Gods and Kings" premiere in New York City on Dec. 7.

"I've known him since I was so young -- since I was like 13 -- and we've just been good friends over the years," she told E! "We have just stayed close, and there's nothing more to it than that."

Whether it is a friendship or a romance, Gomez reportedly believes that Bieber is just using Baldwin to make her jealous and that the relationship is nothing serious -- just like how he did with other girls in the past.

"Selena hasn't spoken to Justin for some time now and is just disappointed that he flaunts his relationship with Hailey," another source claimed. "Even if they aren't dating, she takes it as a dig. She knows him all too well.
