"NFL Madden 15" updates its rosters every Friday, and some players go up and down every week. This week's roster update could have some surprises.

Aaron Rodgers was a 99 overall rating last week. This week, he could drop to a 98, but that's not likely based on the Madden ratings czars' history. They will likely keep him where he is.

With a boring 12-6 victory over the St. Louis Rams on Thursday, the Arizona Cardinals improved their record to 11-3 and could be heading to the NFL Playoffs as the No. 1 seed in the NFC. That is, if the Green Bay Packers (10-3) doesn't catch them first.

Meanwhile, the Cardinals didn't escape Thursday Night Football without injury. Starting quarterback Drew Stanton has had a nagging knee injury that he re-aggrevated. He will undergo an MRI to check ou the damage soon. Stanton is rated just a 76 overall rating in "Madden 15." The backup is Ryan Lindley; just a 64 overall rated quarterback.

In other "Madden 15" news, there are some wonderful holiday bundles that can be had for your holiday gift giving.

A digital download of "Madden NFL Holiday Edition: Featuring Ray Lewis, Emmitt Smith and Dan Marino" is available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It's $60, but it comes with a ton of extra players and $20 worth of in-game currency.

If you're ready to be dominant on defense, find a way to get Ray Lewis on your team -- you won't regret it. Lewis was a cover athlete for the game back in 2005, and Madden always rated him very high in the game. He's a hard hitter and can use the hit stick very well.
