"Pretty Little Liars" actress Ashley Benson recently split from her on-again, off-again boyfriend of three years, Ryan Good, Us Weekly reports.

"They had issues so they put the breaks on it," said an Us Weekly source about the couple's on-again, off-again romance. "Their relationship always had its fights."

Good and Benson first began dating back in 2011 and later split in 2012, says Us Weekly.

Following their first split, Benson commented on the relationship to Seventeen Magazine and explained that her breakup from Good helped her "learn to be more comfortable alone."

"Anytime you go through a breakup, it's rough," she added. "Ryan and I are still close, but I'm too young to be in a serious relationship. Work is my boyfriend!"

Despite her comments to Seventeen Magazine, Benson reunited with Good in December 2013 and was spotted by Us Weekly "making out at a birthday party" in New York City.

Now that she is newly single again, HollywoodLife.com suggests that the blonde-haired beauty might have her sights set on dating her "PLL" co-star, Tyler Blackburn.

Last week, Blackburn posted a fairly intimate black and white Instagram photo of himself leaning in closely towards Benson in honor of the 25-year-old actress' birthday.

Blackburn captioned the photo with a loving message that led fans to believe that the on-screen lovers might actually have a real-life romance, HollywoodLife.com reports.

Although neither Benson nor Blackburn has confirmed their romance, HollywoodLife.com reports that the co-stars were spotted "holding hands, kissing and getting super cozy" at last year's Coachella music festival.
