Big Sean reportedly bought girlfriend Ariana Grande a custom-designed ring for Christmas, but are they getting engaged anytime soon?

"Sean is giving Ariana a ring for Christmas. He wants to show her how committed he is," a source told Hollywood Life. "I'm not sure if he's going to ask her to marry him. I don't think he even knows that yet. But he got a ring made for her."

However, one thing is reportedly certain.

"He's so in love with her," the source said. "It wouldn't shock any of us if he does pop the question over the holidays because he's already talking like she's the one."

The couple has seemingly taken their romance to the next level, as Life & Style previously reported that the pop star wants to get engaged to the G.O.O.D. Music artist this holiday season.

"They have been talking marriage recently," an insider said. "She is hoping for a ring this Christmas."

The "I Don't F*ck with You" rapper was previously engaged to "Glee" star Naya Rivera last year while the "Love Me Harder" singer was dating The Janoskians' Jai Brooks on and off. Big Sean and Rivera called off their engagement this past April after a year of dating.

"She knows they're young, but she is head over heels in love with him," the insider said of Grande. "Sean is completely smitten with her and adores her. He's always telling her how happy he is he didn't end up marrying his ex, Naya Rivera, because Ariana is his true love."

Grande confirmed her romance with Big Sean in October.

"He is one of the most amazing men in the whole world, and that includes my grandfather and my brother," she told The Telegraph. "I think the world of him, and he's an amazing person. That's kind of all there is to it."

Similarly, the Detroit emcee admitted to the relationship during his September interview with Ryan Seacrest.

"Ariana is very, very special," he said. "She's very special to me. Everything she has going on is good with her, everything I have going on is good with me, everything between me and her is good, and I'm just going to leave it at that."
