Emma Watson stars in the upcoming film "Regression," which features the 24-year-old actress appearing topless in one scene, reports a Sun reviewer, according to Express UK.

In the film, Watson plays a young woman named Angela who accuses her father John Gray, who is played by David Dencik, of sexually abusing her, according to the New York Daily News.

The film, which is currently being previewed in the U.S. and is set to hit theaters in 2015, will feature a list of A-list actors including Meryl Streep and Ethan Hawke, says the New York Daily News.

Although Watson's decision to appear topless in the scene is a big contrast from the conservative side she often portrays publicly, Express UK reports that movie critics have described the scene as "useless and ineffective." They also say that Watson covers her nipples with pasties in the movie.

"I think she may have been wearing pasties to cover her nipples," said one movie reviewer to the Sun via the Express UK.

In addition to working on her upcoming film, Watson has also been actively promoting her "HeforShe" Campaign that promotes gender equality.

Just recently, Watson traveled to Argentina to promote her campaign and received widespread support for her movement, Just Jared reports.

Following her visit, Watson took to Facebook to thank her Argentine supporters.

"I LOVED Argentina," she said. "Thank you to my incredible Argentinian fans! So lovely to get to meet and speak to you. E xx"

Back in September, Watson delivered her first speech at UN headquarters in New York about her thoughts on feminism, gender equality, and the "HeForShe" campaign.

During her speech, Watson encouraged men to take part in her campaign and clarified that her strong stance in feminism did not correlate with man hating.

"Both men and women should feel free to be sensitive," she said, according to the UN Women. "Both men and women should feel free to be strong... If we stop defining each other by what we are not and start defining ourselves by what we are, we can all be freer, and this is what HeForShe is about. It's about freedom."
