Sonni Pacheco has filed for divorce from actor Jeremy Renner just 10 months after getting married.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Pacheco said that "everything is fine." She added that she believes the divorce will be settled quickly.

The divorce filing, however, shows that things may not be as simple as Pacheco said.

Pacheco cited irreconcilable differences, and the filing shows that the Canadian model is asking that Renner return her social security card, birth certificate and passport.

The papers also prove that deeper problems may exist, as Pacheco doesn't believe their prenup is valid because it was "based on fraud," Daily Mail reports.

In addition, Pacheco is asking for custody of their daughter, spousal support and for Renner to cover her rent.

Earlier in the year, Renner confirmed that he was married to Pacheco to Capitol File. When the reporter asked why it was so secretive, Renner explained that he didn't like to publicize his personal life.

"I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life," he said. "Privacy issues are important because I want her to go about her day without being bothered."

He added that being followed by paparazzi is a part of the life he has chosen, but that it was annoying to be followed when he was with his family.

In the same interview, Renner talked about his daughter.

"It's the best thing I have ever done -- doing it later on in life," he said about being a father. "By then I achieved a lot of things that I wanted to achieve; I'm so blessed for that. Now I can really spend time with the family."
