Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber Breakup News Update 2015: Is Kendall Jenner Sabotaging Couple's Reunion?
While Selena Gomez is kicking off the New Year in Dubai with Kendall Jenner, her longtime pals are reportedly worried that she is getting manipulated by her new best friend.
The "My Heart Wants What It Wants" singer is currently having the time of her life in the Middle East with the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and Gigi Hadid:
However, Gomez's good friends apparently think that Jenner's true intention behind the highly publicized friendship is to sabotage the pop star's reunion with on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber. "A lot of people in Selena's life think she's getting played by Kendall and Gigi," a source revealed to Hollywood Life. "She's getting so close to them so fast, it's like she's under their spell or something. "It was their idea to go to Dubai for New Year's and Selena's friends are suspicious," the source said. "They think they could have ulterior motives, that they're keeping her busy so Hailey can get closer to Justin." Last week, E! News reported that Bieber spent the night with rumored new girlfriend Hailey Baldwin. The pair met up at his residence and was then driven by a chauffeur to the Mr. Chow restaurant in New York City on Dec. 26, 2014. An eyewitness recalled that they looked like a couple, noting that the daughter of Stephen Baldwin bought a gift for the "Boyfriend" crooner. After spending more than an hour at the fancy eatery, they reportedly headed to a movie theater to see crime thriller "The Gambler." The eyewitness added that the couple returned to Bieber's place following their hangout and was having breakfast at a diner in New Jersey the following morning. "Kendall had been telling her that Hailey and Justin are just friends that she doesn't need to worry," the source said. "It's not just Kendall telling her that, so many people have been saying it Selena doesn't know what to believe."
