Tito Ortiz's ex-wife, porn star-turned-writer Jenna Jameson, made headlines this week when she demonstrated disoriented behavior and slurred speech during a televised interview with Good Day New York. This comes some time after Ortiz publicly accused his former lover of having an addition to Oxycontin.

Jameson, 39, appeared on the morning show to promote her new work of erotic fiction, Sugar, which is co-written with Hope Tarr. The interview began well enough before it rapidly slid down hill. The show had to cut the second part of what was supposed to a piece segment about her book, because didn't appear to be capable of answering questions. The ex-X-rated star's speech was impaired, failed to respond to questions from producers, and was being genuinely bizarre; though she did genuinely engage the host.

It has not been determined whether she was under the influence of any drugs, though she has struggled with drug abuse in the past.

The television appearance was just one stop as she makes rounds to promote her book, which she compared to Fifty Shades of Grey, but with "a huge amount more." She went to a book signing on Tuesday at Barnes and Noble, where she appeared more coherent and aware, and she will make several other stops throughout the week.

She is presently in a vicious custody battle with mixed martial artist and wrestler Tito Ortiz over their twin boys, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette. In the past, Jameson pressed charges against Ortiz, alleging that he was abusive. And, in 2010, Ortiz was arrested for felony domestic violence charges. No stranger to run-ins with the law, herself, Jameson was arrested for a DUI in 2012, and was found with multiple prescription drugs in her system.

Jameson claims that she has not used drugs in seven years, and blames exhaustion for her episode.
