Jordin Sparks may have thought Jason Derulo leased a BMW for her, but on Thursday, Jan. 15, the "Wiggle" singer took to Instagram to shut down Jordin Sparks's claims, E! News reports.

Derulo posted a blurred out photo of what appears to be a car bill showing he actually did purchase the BMW.

Derulo captioned the photo with a snarky message that reads, "Women Lie, Men Lie, Numbers Don't Lie! #WhyLease#BreakfastClub." In addition to the caption, Derulo also tagged Sparks in the photo along with "The Breakfast Club" co-hosts Angela Yee, DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God.

Derulo's Instagram diss to Sparks follows her recent interview on "The Breakfast Club" where she said Derulo leased a BMW, though he had actually purchased it as a gift to her.

Sparks threw additional jabs at Derulo by revealing he stopped calling her after an argument they had and never formally broke up with her, Us Weekly reports.

"I haven't spoken to him since everything went down," Sparks revealed to "The Breakfast Club." "He helped me with my bag to the car, he kissed me, he told me he loved me ... then didn't call!"

She added, "I'm like, 'We need to talk about this and move past it.' He wasn't responding and I was like, 'OK,' so then, I just stopped and I was like, 'You need to come get your sh*t.' So he got all of his stuff out of my house."

Since the split, Sparks has returned the BMW back to the dealer and bought herself a Jeep instead.

When asked why she chose not to get money for the BMW, Sparks replied getting money for the car would feel like "dirty money."

Sparks has yet to respond to Derulo's Instagram diss.

However, the 25-year-old singer and actress has a new single out, "How 'Bout Now," from her mixtape "#ByeFelicia," where she suggests Derulo chose fame over their relationship.

The lyrics read, "Member I deleted all my other guys numbers on my phone for you. Member when you broke your neck and I had to wash your back for you. You probably don't remember half the sh*t that I did for you. Once you blew up, head got big and you started changing. Can't believe all the things that you started saying. Like I'm with you for your fame and your name. What?"
