Kim Kardashian, star of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” took a very short skiing trip with her husband, rapper Kanye West, recently. The couple met up with some of Kim’s friends and took a break from the hustle they usually experience.

Kim and Kanye went on a trip to Utah to ski with friends, according to Ok! Magazine. The couple went on the ski trip on Sunday with eight other couples, friends of Kim; however, they left baby North back home.

Kim posted pictures on Twitter and Instagram of the 24-hour trip.

She captioned this photo simply with a heart emoticon.

Kim then began posting on Twitter about her trip. She showed various photos of her with her friends as they enjoyed the day skiing and doing other outdoor winter activities.

The reality TV star even complained about wearing a helmet during the excursion, perhaps because it is not the most fashionable item out there.

According to sources that spoke with E! News, the couple Kim and Kanye were very happy together and enjoyed the trip.

"Kim and Kanye seemed really happy and into each other," a source said. "They were always snuggling up taking pictures and whispering to each other. But they really missed North and are heading back to LA [Monday] morning."
