Last night, the WWE universe saw Roman Reigns win the popular Royal Rumble match. This caused fans in the arena and watching at home on pay-per-view to lash out against the WWE.

On Twitter, users were able to get the hashtag #CancelWWENetwork trending.

The WWE Network is a subscription-based channel that wrestling fans can add to their cable or satellite bills. With the network, subscribers get a ton of extra features but they also get every pay-per-view for free.

On Twitter, fans were using the social platform to encourage each other to cancel their subscriptions to the network after Reigns won the Royal Rumble. Winning the match gives Reigns a main event title shot at WrestleMania.

Fans did not like the results. They booed Reigns, even though he was celebrating with one of WWE's legends, The Rock.

Some fans even asked for refunds at the arena, according to wrestling blogs.

Perhaps fans really wanted Daniel Bryan to win. Bryan had his chance in 2014, but could not win the title in a Triple Threat match. Many fans thought that this year could be his year. Instead, Bryan was eliminated in the middle of the match.

These definitely are not the tweets WWE brass want to see. The company, which was excited to debut their own network, was disapointed by the low number of subscribers. This sent shares of the stock crashing down.
