World Cup Qualifiers are underway and people across the world are looking to catch a glimpse of their favorite teams.

Today marks the big day for Mexico as the national team takes on New Zealand and the All-Whites in the first leg of the playoffs. Mexico manager Miguel Herrera announced his starting lineup prior the matchup and revealed that seven of the team's 11 starters were Americans. Herrera recruited 10 of his own players from Aguilas to play for the national team; three starters are members of Leon while one is with Santo Laguna.

Here are the starting lineups for each team:

Mexico (3-5-2): Moises Munoz; Juan Carlos Valenzuela, Rafa Marquez, Maza Rodriguez; Paul Aguilar, Juan Carlos Medina, Luis Montes, Carlos Pena, Miguel Layun; Oribe Peralta, Raul Jimenez.

New Zealand (3-4-3): Glenn Moss; Tommy Smith, Andrew Durante, Ivan Vicelich; Leo Bertos, Jeremy Christie, Michael McGlinchey, Tony Lochhead; Jeremy Brockie, Chris Wood, Kosta Barbarouses.

"Still a very laboured start, this," he said, describing the status of the game in the early going. "Mexico's players might be familiar with one another from club football, but they have not yet displayed any great cohesion or common purpose."

We'll see if Mexico is able to gain some momentum down the stretch against a tough New Zealand squad.
