Rumors of Liam Payne impregnating her current girlfriend, Sophia Smith, have been circulating online and has already caused quite a stir online.

One Direction fans were enraged by a string of rumors that circulated online the past few days, claiming that Liam will soon be a father after getting his girlfriend pregnant. Hollywood Life reports that the talks started on Twitter last Tuesday, Nov. 12. According to the report, several rumors claimed that Liam's sister confirmed the news that Sophia was pregnant with the lad's baby. Another set of rumors say it was his mother who confirmed the bit.

While no one has denied nor confirmed the rumors, causing Hollywood Life to think that it may not be rumors after all, the report nonetheless enraged Directioners. A number of the band's loyal following took to Twitter their dismay for the report.

"'sophia smith is pregnant' ew i just threw up in my mouth," @jagodasobczak1 posted on the social media site.

"Im So Ready for Liam to confirm or deny that Sophia is pregnant But then again if the rumor is true then i am gonna need a bit of alone time," tweeted Liam's #1Directioner.

Fan Trinity Bays also posted: "Guys is Sophia Smith really pregnant by Liam Payne?!?!? If so I just threw up in my mouth a little!!"

The outrage towards Smith isn't a first, however. Given that 1D fans are living and breathing the lads, it's almost understandable that they wouldn't be too accepting of the Liam's, Niall's, Zayn's, Louis' and Harry's girlfriends. As a matter of fact, Payne has already slammed haters for talking ill about his girlfriend.

In August, days after he confirmed his relationship with Sophia, Liam tweeted: "...There is that old saying tho if you ain't got s**t nice to say then f**k you," seemingly talking about fans and critics who have been slamming Sophie online.

Liam and Sophia have yet to comment on the issue, but should the rumors prove true, Directioners should be ready for Liam Jr.
