"Naughty or Nice," which will air on Feb. 24, is the next episode on "Married at First Sight: The First Year."

"Cortney and Jason have had some issues as of late, so maybe a risque Christmas present will get them back on the same page," according to FYI's official description for Episode 7. "But with it being Jason's first Christmas without his mom, will the pressure of the holiday be too much? Meanwhile, Doug has a big Christmas surprise for Jamie. But when they visit Jamie's family for the holiday, bitter feelings threaten to spoil it. Monet meets with her friend, Klay, for a little guy advice. Maybe a little love is in store for the new year."

In a promo for the episode, Doug carries a big bow on his way to surprise Jamie. He says he is going to give her a car. But Jamie might have other things on her mind that keep her from enjoying her husband's Christmas gift.

By the Christmas episode, the couples will have been married for about nine months.

Jamie is left feeling disappointed when her mother doesn't keep her word, which makes her feel she can't trust others. Jamie went through similar feelings in the previous episode when her mother did not tell her anything about Thanksgiving.

Episode 6 brought the return of Vaughn, according to Gossip and Gab. He spent time with Doug and said he was in a new relationship. The new woman in his life cooks.

For Cortney and Jason, the two were going through some issues. Jason felt he was not able to make his wife feel better, and she even decided to spend time with her family in North Carolina.

When she comes back, her house is empty.
