GTA 5 PC Release Date, Download & Requirements: GTA Updated On Xbox 360, PS3; PC Release Date Coming Soon?
Grand Theft Auto 5 is now becoming even more realistic.
The latest game in the always-popular GTA series has been updated by Rockstar Games and now gamers will have the ability to enjoy new cars, jobs, and more - all for free.
Luke Karmail of IGN.com provided a glimpse of what to expect after the update was released on Tuesday.
"On the job front, a range of new beach-themed races, deathmatches, parachutes, last team standings, survivals and gang attacks will be added to the game," he said. "These include the 'Grass Route II' race, which runs from the North bank of the Zancudo River to the beach in North Chumash, along with the 'Sundae Driving' Vespucci Beach bike race."
In order to get the update, gamers will have to download a 64MB title update before getting the 33.12MB download. It was available on the Xbox 360 before the PS3 but it was expected to be available on the Playstation version within 24 hours of its release, according to IGN.
Unlike some previous releases when Grand Theft Auto games did not have any updates after the release, Grand Theft Auto 5 has undergone a number of changes since its release. Most notably is this release but Rockstar Games also compensated gamers with $500,000 of GTA money after technical difficulties plagued the networks in the early days following its release.
In other news, there is still no word from Rockstar Games regarding a potential PC release. With that being said, we should still expect one since GTA 4 was also released on PC months after the game's original release.
