The fourth episode of "Nuestra Belleza Latina" featured interesting challenges and some drama.

Geisha and Nadyalee were in the bottom two. Geisha ended up getting 57 percent of the votes, meaning Geisha was sent home.

Skunks, tarantulas, boas and other animals became the women's co-stars. They had to pose with the animals. While some handled it like champs, others greatly struggled.

As always, there were a few celebrities who made appearances on the show.

Wisin performed while the contestants walked down the catwalk. The Puerto Rican star even shot a short video teasing his performance of "Yo Quiero Contigo."

Chiquis Rivera also dropped by. The singer performed and promoted her new book, "Forgiveness." 

There was also drama on the show.

Catherine and Nathalia were arguing. And while one felt threatened, the other denied it happened. Catherine tried to apologize to Nathalia, but Nathalia was not willing to forgive.

Many of the contestants ended up against Nathalia. The other beauties say Nathalia has been breaking the rules. They have accused her of eating too much as well. Geisha is the only one on Nathalia's side, and she came out on defense of Nathalia.

But it was a difficult week for Geisha. She had to go to the hospital after having an infection on her leg. Geisha ended up in the bottom three along with Gloricely and Catherine.
