On Monday, March 2, Justin Bieber took to Twitter to campaign for comedic actor and writer Seth Rogen to participate in his upcoming Comedy Central Roast, the Hollywood Life reports.

Bieber urged Rogen via Twitter to respond to his voicemail, begging the comedian to join the roast. Bieber also commented he is Rogen's biggest fan despite the negative comments Rogen has made about the pop star in the past.

The Hollywood Life reports Rogen has publicly called Bieber "a piece of s**t" on Twitter and dissed him during a 2013 interview on "Watch What Happens Live."

The Daily Beast adds Rogen also dissed Bieber during his interview with Howard Stern last year.

"[Justin is] a good example of someone you meet, who you think you're going to hate, and then you get to hate him as much as you thought," Rogen said. "You meet him, and he lives up to every one of your expectations of how you hope he will be."

Rogen has yet to respond to Bieber's plea.

Bieber's Comedy Central Roast is scheduled to air on March 30 and will be hosted by comedian and actor Kevin Hart.

"I don't normally do roasts, but I had to step out for my guy Biebs. ... It's his big 21. It's about to be operation roast everyone's *ss," Hart said, according to Entertainment Weekly last month.

Hart also took to Twitter to playfully challenge Bieber in honor of his upcoming comedy roast.

Bieber has previously explained that he "worked hard" for many years to finally be granted his wish to be roasted by his peers on Comedy Central.

It is unclear what topics of Bieber's controversial life his peers will touch on, but Entertainment Weekly suggests that Bieber's past vandalism, assault charges, controversial deposition and racial slurs will most likely be mentioned during his roast.
