Nick Gordon has decided to check into a rehab facility after appearing on an episode of the Dr. Phil Show to talk about his relationship with Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Gordon sat down with Dr. Phil earlier this week in Atlanta to talk about the much publicized relationship he shared with the only daughter born to Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, who turned 22 this week, has remained unresponsive and in a medically induced coma since being rushed to the hospital on January 31 after being found face down in the bathtub of the home she shared with Gordon.

According to TMZ.com, when all was said and done Gordon's appearance on the show turned into more of an intervention than anything else, as the host and Gordon's mother peppered him about entering a rehab facility and she passionately complained that he was severely depressed and abusing drugs.

Gordon spent much of the show talking about committing suicide if Bobbi Kristina didn't soon show signs of improvements. Gordon's mother reportedly complained throughout that her son was severely depressed and abusing drugs. It's unclear if Gordon is being clinically treated for his reported condition

Bobbi Kristina Brown has yet to regain consciousness since being rushed to the hospital and investigators have now launched a criminal probe into the circumstances of her situation after authorities discovered several unexplained bruises on her body.

The probe reportedly target Gordon as the primary suspect and members of the Brown family have refused to allow him to visit his girlfriend since she's been hospitalized.

Brown was rushed to the hospital nearly three years from the day when her mother was found unresponsive in the bathtub of a Beverly Hills hotel where she was staying. Investigators later discovered Whitney Houston had drugs in her system at the time of her death.
