In a recent interview with InTouch Weekly, E! news host Giuliana Rancic opened about her desire to expand her family. She also slammed the critics that have described her as being "too skinny," according to the Inquistr.

Rancic revealed she recently read a tabloid comment about her allegedly not wanting a baby because of her fear of getting fat. Rancic slammed the commentator and explained her controversial frame is a result of medication that she's currently taking for breast cancer.

"I read a comment on some article, 'She doesn't want to carry a baby ... because she doesn't want to get fat.' I'm like, how disgusting is that? How about I'm on medication that prevents me? It's just awful," Rancic said. "I actually feel bad for that person. You logged into your account and sat down just to say something nasty? That's a problem -- yours, not mine."

Despite popular belief, Rancic insists that she wants to have a second child with her husband, Bill, being that she has one frozen embryo left that will possibly get her pregnant.

"This could be our last shot," Rancic said about getting pregnant via her frozen embryo. Inquistr reported that in addition to freezing her embryo, Rancic has also been advised by doctors to gain weight in order to successfully become pregnant.

Though Rancic has claimed in the past that she had followed her doctor's weight gain orders, critics are still slamming her for her skinny physique.

According to the Daily Mail, social media users took to Twitter on Grammys night to slam the "Fashion Police" host on her unflattering skinny frame. The comments weren't kind. For example, Twitter user @juninhonj said, "Giuliana Rancic is so skinny!! She looks sick. What's up with that??" RadarOnline also commented on Rancic's appearance and alleged that she weighs only 99 pounds or less.

Rancic's response to her "skinny shamers" comes on the heels of the backlash she recently received for mocking Zendaya Coleman's Academy Awards look.
