Proving that no good deed goes unpunished, Brooke Mueller -- the third ex-wife of Charlie "Tiger Blood" Sheen -- has accused Denise Richards (Charlie's second ex-wife) of "abusing" Charlie's kids. 

You will recall that when Brooke and Charlie entered rehab, Denise took in their children to prevent them from going into foster care. Now, according to Hollywood Life, Brooke has called the cops on Denise, accusing her of abusing not only Brooke's twin sons with Sheen (Max and Bob, 4), but also Denise's daughters with Sheen (Sam and Lola). The police showed up to Denise's home on the night of Nov. 26 to question her about child abuse claims made by Brooke. She didn't invite them into her home because her daughters were there at the time. 

According to the New York Daily News, however, Brooke -- who was arrested twice for using crystal meth during her pregnancy, and was ordered to submit her sons for testing for fetal alcohol syndrome as a result -- wants the custody battle to go as "smoothly as possible" and that she wasn't the source of the call.

Denise fired back, calling the accusations "ridiculous" and "vindictive." Recently, she sent the boys to live with their maternal uncle, because she said that they were "violent" and "posed a risk to her daughters." She petitioned the Department of Child Welfare to get her step-sons help for their "zombie-like behavior." Even perpetually-partying Charlie Sheen expressed concerns to the court that his sons may have undiagnosed fetal alcohol syndrome.
