Justin Bieber News 2015: Selena Gomez Relationship Frequent Target in Comedy Central Roast of Pop Star
Justin Bieber's highly anticipated Comedy Central Roast taped on Saturday, March 14, and included many harsh jokes regarding his former high-profile relationship with "The Heart Wants What it Wants" singer, Selena Gomez, Us Weekly reports.
Jeff Ross was among the celebrities who roasted Bieber about his former relationship and questioned his manhood.
"Selena Gomez wanted to be here, but she's dating men now," Ross joked. "Is it true you dumped her because she grew a moustache before you?"
He added, "Selena Gomez had sex with [you] ... proving Mexicans will do the disgusting jobs Americans just won't do."
E! News dished on some additional jokes made about Bieber's relationship to Gomez that included lines such as, "You're about to get f*cked harder than Orlando Bloom fucked Selena Gomez," and, "Selena Gomez had to f*ck you. She is literally the least lucky Selena in show business."
And while Bieber's former romance with Gomez was the butt of many jokes, Gomez allegedly wasn't amused.
The Hollywood Life claims that Gomez was "freaking out" about Bieber's Comedy Central Roast because she knew that their former relationship would be a hot topic.
"She obviously realizes her on/off relationship with Justin is a target for the comedians, and it's a subject she'd rather keep private and not have discussed in such a public forum," says a Hollywood Life source.
The source adds that thankfully for Gomez, her rumored boyfriend, Zedd was there by her side to keep her calm.
"Zedd understands how Selena likes to keep her personal life -- just that -- private," the source continued. "But he comforted her by asking, 'What can they say that hasn't already been said?' He then told her that she's contemplating the worst, and the reality of what will happen is far less than what she's imagining in her head."
Bieber's Comedy Central Roast is scheduled to air on March 30 at 10 p.m. EST.
