Former Olympian Bruce Jenner's 33-year-old son Brandon Jenner and his wife, Leah Jenner, 32, are expecting their first child, the new mother announced via Instagram on Sunday.

"Well, it's time we share the good news. We're having a baby," she captioned the cute photo of her husband cradling her baby bump while kissing her cheek.

The musical couple, who married May 2012 in Hawaii outside the St. Regis Princeville Resort, have been together for 10 years. The pair makes up the indie pop group "Brandon & Leah." The group's single, "Showstopper" was used during Season 3 of reality TV show, "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami."

We have been fortunate to catch a glimpse into their life journey on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The loving new parents chose to announce their pregnancy on the same day the show premiered for its 10th season on the E!

Brandon and Leah's first child will be the third grandchild for Bruce, whose daughter Casey has two girls.

The little bundle of joy will join the Jenner family as well as Bruce's step-grandchildren North West, Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick.

Brandon's mother is actress Linda Thompson. His stepmother is Kris Jenner. He is the brother of Brody Jenner, step-brother of Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian, and half-brother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and Burt and Cassandra Jenner.

Although he's been more involved in music than television, Brandon did appear along with his younger brother, Brody, on the TV reality show "The Princes of Malibu." The reality show also starred David Foster, his mother and Spencer Pratt. The series was short-lived. It aired only six episodes.

As has come to be expected in the Jenner and Kardashian clans, Brandon and Leah have hidden secrets of their own. In June 2014, during "The Brody Jenner Podcast with Dr. Mike Dow," it was revealed that Leah dated Brody before Brandon.

"We've known each other since we were 11 years old; I was 11 years old, he was 13," Leah said, referring to how she met Brandon. "We started playing [music] in high school together. I had a boyfriend, he had a girlfriend. And then when I was single one day, he was single one day and he came up to me and he's like, 'I've been in love with you since you were 11 years old.'"

Brody chimed in, "The boyfriend at the time was me. That's what made it really awkward."

Leah is the daughter of former Eagles guitarist Don Felder.
