Fans of The CW's "The Originals" will have to wait until April 6 for another all-new episode; however it promises to be intense now that Eva Sinclair has regained control of her body.

In the last episode, Dahlia, a power-hungry and vengeful witch played by actress Claudia Black, was introduced to the show and proved to be a serious threat. Fans also learned about Freya's history with Dahlia.

Meanwhile, the evil witch Eva repossessed her body from Rebekah.

Plus, the chemistry between Rebekah and Marcel continued to burn hire, despite the fact that Rebekah is in Eva's boyd.

During an interview with TVLine, actress Maisie Richardson-Sellers opened up about her feelings toward the potential of Marcel and Rebekah giving their love another shot.

"I'm really into the whole forbidden love thing, and Marcel is really the only one of Rebekah's lovers Klaus hasn't killed. He's the one constant in her life, apart from her brothers, so I think their relationship is actually very tender and loving. They have a deep caring for each other, which really comes through in their scenes together. I'm excited to see how their relationship develops, but her being in a new body is going to make that a little awkward for her -- there are going to be a lot of problems there," she said.

A video preview revealed that Elijah and Klaus will have to fight in order to save Rebekah from Eva, now that she is in control of her own body.

Wetpaint also revealed that the Season 2 finale of The Originals is set to air on Monday, May 11, which means there are only six episodes left in the series.

Season 2, Episode 17 of "The Originals" will premiere Monday, April 6, on The CW.
