Lil Wayne is set to embark on a new tour in support of his "Sorry 4 the Wait 2" mixtape, which hit four million downloads online.

The New Orleans emcee announced his upcoming tour's nightclub dates via Rap-Up. The performances are  part of his "Release Partiez." Wayne will be kicking off his 18-city run on March 13 in Kansas City, Missouri. He will be making stops at various venues across major cities like Tampa, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; Memphis, Tennessee; Columbus; Ohio, before wrapping up on May 31 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Meanwhile, the "Grindin'" rapper's teenage daughter, Reginae Carter, recently threw shade at Cash Money affiliate Young Thug for naming his upcoming studio album "Tha Carter VI."

While Weezy's anxiously awaited "Tha Carter V" is long overdue, the Rich Gang rapper confirmed the title taken from Wayne's "Tha Carter" series on Instagram.

Young Thug's posts were immediately followed by Wayne's 16-year-old daughter questioning on Twitter, "Is he trying to be funny with this Carter6 ? Cause it's pretty childish to me ! #myopinion," before taking shots at him: "Try again if you're even trying to get on my fathers level."

"Sorry 4 the Wait 2," which was released back in January, features collaborations from Young Money artists Drake, Mack Maine, and Christina Milian, as well as 2 Chainz.
