2013 will soon be no more. As the end of the year quickly approaches we get to think back and remember all the good times, the bad times and the outrageous times of 2013. How can we forget the moment when we finally realized how fed up we were with certain celebrities? Well, that's the list that Ask.com came up with... these are the Most Annoying People of 2013.

Ask.com poll surveyed UK users on who were the celebrities that they just had enough of this year. Most of the list consists of British artist since the poll was taken in the UK but I think America can pretty much agree. We will start from the bottom and then hike up to the top of the list!

Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber went head to head for the title as Bieber at 36 percent beat Miley by one percent (she was at 35 percent). Ohhhh close one! Even the UK is fed up with the child star trend of misbehaving in order to prove that they have reached a level of adulthood (okay that doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud). Guess Miley's twerking and Bieber's gangsterness really really got on people's nerves worldwide! But you know what? That means people are talking about them that much, which gives them exactly what they want, popularity to keep their careers rolling. Good job Miley and Justin, your evil plans of world domination are succeeding and congrats on the best titles ever!
