So about that woman who claims to be Andy Warhol's cousin? Whom Kanye West hired to paint a portrait of Kim Kardashian? Yeah...Kim doesn't know who she is.

Monica Warhol, a Tucson artist whose style is similar to Andy Warhol, her late relative, seemed to be very excited about painting Kim. "She an icon. She's famous for nothing. Andy would have loved her...Kim is beautiful, so manufactured, she looks like a human Barbie". 

Isn't that a weird way of complementing someone? Anyway, Kim says that "she's never heard of the woman" pointing all things to Monica just looking for her "15 minutes of fame". Warhol says that she "already created 9 different Kim paintings" and says that "her pieces generally sell for $20k to $70k a piece". Sources close to Kim tell TMZ "she thinks the whole thing may be a scam or a way for Warhol to get publicity".

In her defense, Monica Warhol says, "she thinks the painting may have been intended as a surprise gift...and now that the surprise has been ruined...Kim and Kanye do not want it". She also added, "If the deal falls through, she'll put the artwork up for sale to anyone who wants to buy it".

Hmm...sounds like Kim hit the nail right on the head, it sounds like this woman just wanted to advertise her work and sell the Kim painting. At this point since she says she has made nine different paintings, people are going to be interested, meaning that either way someone will buy the painting.

Looks like Ms. Warhol has been exposed! But you know what? She got exactly what she wanted, people know her name and her work, she will be selling paintings for sure. Very sneaky gal you are Monica Warhol.
