Marvel is revving up for its colossal "Avengers" sequel, "The Avengers: Age of Ultron, which hits theaters on May 1st and its hoping to sky-rocket at the box office, surpassing its 2012 super-hero film.
With the hype of "Avengers 2", it seems like a no-brainer that it will once again break records, but this time with more of a superhero impact.
Given the attraction to the superhero landscape and more and more fans gaining a cult-like following, times have changed since the first film's release, which is in "Avengers 2's" favor.
But the lead-up to the film is all about enticing the fans, so when the "Avengers 2 Australian TV Spot" came out, Americans were curious to know if there was anymore tidbits to learn -- and of course we took the bait!
"Avengers 2 or even the often more revealing TV spots have remained relatively fixed on the same major action and humor bits, which primarily include the Avengers team battling the forces of Baron von Strucker, or taking on Ultron around the globe, or the team once again fighting back-to-back against a villainous army (robots, not aliens this time)," according to Screenrant. "Today's Avengers 2 Australian TV Spot is no different."
While Marvel may not be divulging any more major details, die-hard fans are still on board.
"With that kind of built-in enthusiasm for the brand, Marvel really doesn't have to show much to sell 'Age of Ultron;' the film practically sells itself just by existing."
Screenrant also dishes on the surprises that Marvel may be saving for the actual film:
