‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ Season 10 Episode 4 Spoilers: Khloé Begs Rob to Get Help for Depression, Kim May Have Her Uterus Removed in 'Love Breaks Me' [Watch]
On Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" episode, "Love Breaks Me," Khloé Kardashian will break from the Dash retreat to have a phone conversation with her brother, Rob Kardashian, reports E! News.
Rob has been battling depression and weight gain for the last few years. Lately, he has not wanted to be seen in public. The Kardashian family wants Rob to get professional help, but persuading him is no easy task.
In the show's promotional clip, Khloé is seen at her wits end -- she does not know how to help him until he admits that he needs help.
"It's the most top of the line help you could ever get," she explained to him.
Khloé cries and asked her brother, "Do you think that it's fair to do this to me though? Like I've been through this how many times? I did this for years and now you're going to do this to me too again?"
Meanwhile, the "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" YouTube page teased, "Mrs. West is willing to do what to get pregnant again?!"
Kim Kardashian, who has been trying desperately to become pregnant with a second child, visits her doctor for a checkup. While it was easy for the reality star to conceive North West, she has not been able to accomplish a second pregnancy.
"Can I still get pregnant?" she asked her doctor in the promotional clip.
The promotional video then shows us a family meeting in which Kim reveals startling news.
"He said I can only have one more baby," she said.
"Oh, my God," we hear someone say in shock.
Kris Jenner cries in response to her daughter's heartbreaking news.
Later, Kim speaks to her doctor on the phone.
"You have to remove my uterus?" she asked.
In the final scene of the promo clip, we see Kim on a hospital gurney, accompanied by her mom who kisses her on the forehead before she is wheeled away.
Will Kim have her uterus removed on Sunday's episode of "KUWTK?"
