Ultimate Fighting Championship women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey made a surprising appearance at WrestleMania 31 on Sunday, which created speculation that "Rowdy" will appear in a WWE match in the future.

According to WrestlingInc, there are no plans for Rousey to appear again at WrestleMania 32 next year, but sources indicated that the UFC superstar might make another surprised appearance at the "Hell in a Cell" pay-per-view event in October at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

During Sunday's pay-per-view event, Rousey teamed up with Dwyane "The Rock" Johnson and engaged in a scuffle with Triple H and wife Stephanie McMahon.

Rousey used her vaunted judo skills to take down both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, which created talks that Rowdy will soon be one of the stars who will challenge the reign of "The Authority" along with The Rock.

Talks intensified that Rousey and The Rock might eventually form a tag-team partnership to challenge Triple H and his wife. Wrestling observer Dave Meltzer also speculated that the tag-match might happen at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, Texas next year.

USA Today also reported that a move to WWE will make business sense for Rousey. Sources indicated that salaries in the UFC are surprisingly low and Rousey is actually earning more from using her power as a celebrity than what she is earning from fights inside the Octagon.

During her win against Cat Zingano at UFC 184, Rousey reportedly took home $130,000 - $65,000 guaranteed money and $65,000 bonus for her performance. If she decides to move to WWE, Rousey will reportedly command a seven-figure salary.

While they are not closing their doors to future appearances or matches in the WWE, Brad Slater, Rousey's agent, said in an interview with UFC Tonight that there are no plans for Rousey to take part in another WWE event in the near future.

Slater pointed out that Rousey is focused on her upcoming title defense against Bethe Correia at UFC 190 on Aug. 1 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Slater also said that the WWE appearance was approved by UFC Dana White earlier this year even before the Rousey-Correia match was finalized.

"I've told you many times how I work with Dana," Slater said when asked about how they convinced White to let Rousey appear at WrestleMania 31. "I always, always call him and make sure he is OK with anything we ever do in movies, television and otherwise."
