Yahoo’s ‘Community’ Season 6 Episode 5 Spoilers: Inmates From a Prison Attend College with Remote Robotics [Watch]
In what is poised to be yet another incredibly funny episode of the comedy that started on NBC in 2009 and just recently landed at the doorstep of Yahoo Screen, "Community" has been invaded by robotic tablets. Not just any robots though; they are controlled remotely by inmates from a Colorado prison that have decided to engage in higher education. (One must wonder if it is the infamous Colorado Supermax Prison.)
This incredible comedy made small strides on NBC in the ratings, with a sharp decline over the years, but quickly gained a cult following. Following the 2014 cancellation of the show, it now holds its broadcast platform over the Internet and with new episodes appearing weekly.
During their freshman year, this diverse group of students at a fictional community college in Colorado formed a strong bond that both defied and even in some cases, reversely emboldened stereotypes placed upon major cultures.
With strong comedy placed in the middle of a plethora of situations, "Community" still continues to impress with this week's upcoming episode. Even the Colorado Department of Corrections has placed their inmate's educational rehabilitation in the provocative care of this group of flawlessly comical characters who will stop at nothing, not even the live streaming video of a hardened criminal, to have a laugh.
With an 87 percent critics score on Rotten Tomatoes and a 98 percent audience score, you are nearly guaranteed not to be disappointed with this newly revived cult classic show. It features mostly returning characters with sometimes irrational storylines following the most interesting means necessary to accomplish their tasks.
New episodes of "Community" are uploaded on Yahoo and broadcast on Tuesdays. This sixth season is guaranteed for 13 episodes and a movie is said to imminent. All storylines and episodes are new, featuring the starring talents of Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Allison Brie and Ken Jeong.
