A $122.9 million jackpot was reportedly chopped in half last night after two winners in Nebraska and Massachusetts stores won tickets worth $34,182,985.55.

Boston.com is reporting that the Massachusetts Lottery said the Appletown Market was the store that sold the ticket, which was $68 million before taxes. The Boston Herald reported that the winner of the Massachusetts ticket still had not come forward, while Boston.com said nobody has claimed the winning ticket in Nebraska, either.

Sunny Patel, who is the manager of Appletown Market in Sterling, told the Herald that she was happy to see her store in the spotlight.

"This is a lucky store. I feel like a lucky charm right now," Patel said to the Herald.

"This is a small town but a lot of traffic comes through this location. The store receives $50,000 in commission. We sold past winners including $100,000 in the Mass Cash and $250,000 in Mega Millions," she added. "I'm hoping for more winners. The Mega Millions tomorrow has a jackpot at about $400 million, so we are hoping for that winner now."     

The Nebraska lottery winner purchased the ticket at Speedy Mart in Greta.  According to 1011 HD, the winning ticket marked the tenth time a Powerball Jackpot won in the state since the Nebraska Lottery introduced Powerball in 1994.

The sellers of the tickets each received $50,000 of the respective winning ticket because the sellers are awarded 1 percent of the winnings.

The winning players guessed correctly the winning numbers of 1, 10, 13, 18, 19, and Powerball 27.

A Spokesperson for the Massachusetts lottery told Boston.com that the last time somebody won the Powerball in the state was on Dec. 12, 2012, winning $50 million.

According to NBC News, the $400 million Powerball is the second biggest in history. The biggest one came on March 30, 2012, when somebody won $656 million.
