Beyonce Knowles made a surprise appearance at Coachella on Saturday, April 11, and let her fans know that she arrived via Instagram.
Knowles posted an Instagram GIF of herself posing and dancing in front of a plane and captioned it, "Coachella" along with flowers and a bumble bee emoji.
Following the news, her fans flocked to Twitter to share their excitement over Beyonce's presence at Coachella, E! News reports.

It is unclear whether Knowles will have a surprise performance at Coachella this year. According to the Daily Mail, Knowles surprised Coachella fans last year when she appeared onstage to sing with her sister, Solange during her set.
Solange did not attend this year's Coachella festival, so the chances of Beyonce performing are most likely slim.
Knowles' surprise Coachella appearance comes on the heels of a recent vacation to Hawaii with her husband, Jay Z, says the Daily Mail. Knowles and Jay Z traveled to Hawaii to celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary. During that time, Knowles posted an Instagram clip of the song she dedicated to Jay Z titled, "Die for You."
Jay Z also posted a clip in honor of the couple's wedding anniversary. Mirror UK reports that the rapper/mogul posted a clip of he and Knowles' wedding ceremony. The clip showed Knowles and Jay Z at the altar exchanging vows. Meanwhile, as the clip stirred up frenzy and praise from social media users online, Knowles and Jay Z continued celebrating in Hawaii and were photographed giving their young fan tips on how to become a successful performer.
According to the Huffington Post, a person by the name of James Brennan photographed Knowles and Jay Z speaking to a 9-year-old fan named Ellie Angeline about her school talent show. Angeline approached the couple for advice about giving a successful performance at her school talent show and Knowles advised her to stay focused and try not to get nervous.
