Remember when we told you that Khloe Kardashian was filing for divorce soon? Well, she is filing papers to divorce hubby Lamar Odom today! Sources tell TMZ that Khloe will be citing "irreconcilable differences in her legal documents."

It's finally over between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom and, well, we cannot say Khloe didn't try. From what we did see in the media, Khloe loved her husband but just couldn't take his drug abuse, infidelity and outright disrespect. Oh Lami, what happened to you?

The divorce process should be smooth and easy (as long as Lamar signs the papers) since they signed an ironclad prenup, which kept all their assets separate. Kardashian and Odom never had kids together so they won't be going through any custody battles or difficulties in that department. Remember when Khloe was so desperately wanting to become a mom? Destiny sure knows all things; just imagine if they'd have had kids?

The couple who got married in September of 2009 spent four years together, a time when we got to see them grown and live very happily together. At least that's what the cameras of their reality show Khloe and Lamar would let us see. Khloe allegedly became aware of Lamar's crack addiction earlier this year; that's when things went down hill for the couple. Rumors started to hit the media about how serious Lamar's addiction was and how he had also cheated on his wife several times.

Seems more than probable that Khloe did have some knowledge about what was going on with Lamar but just kept it private (which she had all the right to). Like any couple we grow to really love we are sad to see them end. However, we are happy to see Khloe stand up for herself and hope that Lamar gets better soon. We will see more on how Khloe's final decision for divorce came about on Keeping up With The Kardashians (Gosh, they know how to rack up views). Meanwhile, good luck to Khloe and Lamar.
